Clients reviews about iFlipit Home Repairs

I am honored to write this review, I have never meet such a passionate young man with so much experience and insight about the work that he does for his clients. The biggest thing that I noticed is that Owens is professional, he's mindful of your time and he truely listens to what you want or needs as his client and then he delivers. I've had him build my interior closet in my room, build shelves in my garage for organization, changing of fixtures and just overall maintenance in my house. I would for sure recommend Owens for any of yr at home projects and if he is not able to do it, he will tell you. Honesty in this business goes a long way and that's why he is the only one doing any work in my house. IFLIPIT Home Repairs is a great company you can trust. Thank you, Sherhon Seldon ~ sherhon s

I recently hired Owen’s to fix some drywall in my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, the experience was seamless. He arrived on time, assessed the damage quickly, and explained the repair process in detail. The quality of work was outstanding—the patched area looks as good as new, with no visible signs of damage or repair. He also kept the workspace clean, taking extra care to protect my floors and furniture. What really stood out was Owen’s professionalism and attention to detail. He went above and beyond to ensure the job was done right the first time. I highly recommend Owen’s for any home repair needs and will definitely be calling him again in the future! Thank you for the excellent service! ~ Jay D

iFlipIt has been a godsend for me. Owens has a "can-do" attitude because he ABSOLUTELY can do anything you present to him--the ultimate problem-solver...even when you didn't anticipate another house "project" (property managers know what I'm talking about 😅). Owens is not only incredibly skilled in his craft, he's the most humble young man you'll ever meet and he's such a delight to be around. Determined, diligent, kind, humble, reasonable, resourceful, mature, knowledgeable, wise, considerate, honest, respectful, professional, intelligent, efficient, and effective. His work has been worth every single dollar AND A TIP + REFERRAL + REVIEW! 😉 It would be downright selfish to keep him to ourselves (even though we really want to 😫)! iFlipit has done such an exceedingly excellent job, there's no reason for me to look anywhere else. He's my one and only contact for my future properties. His work is sturdy, beautiful, long-lasting, and the product of years of experience. So, look no further. iFlipIt is that one-stop solution you've been looking for. Don't waste anymore time! My review is already long enough--you could've called him by now. 😂 ~ Daija D

I was recommended Owens in August of 2025 from a trusted family member and I couldn’t be more pleased. He’s worked on our floors, bathroom, black out curtains, interior paint, and drywall installation and has done exceptional work for us. He’s always on time and is very trustworthy. He’s a respectful young man and I contact him for any and every repair needed in my home. ~ Miguel C

We had a great experience with this carpenter. He did exactly what we wanted, was very nice and easy to talk to, and always responsive. Most importantly, he fixed our sliding bathroom door, which was the main goal. He’s very knowledgeable and his pricing is fair—honestly even on the cheaper side for the quality of work. Would definitely recommend and would hire again. ~ Don P
